RETURN & REFUND

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund up to 30 days after your Yoko has been delivered; no questions asked.

Products you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Funds will be returned towards the payment method used initially to place the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until shipped. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled, you may apply for a refund once your order has been delivered.
