HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We have warehouses in different locations in Europe and Pacific Asia. Depending on where you live and stock availability your order will ship from France, Germany, Italy or our Asia Pacific warehouse.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Europe
Shipping to countries in the European Union: 7-10 business days
- United States
Shipping from our European warehouses: 10-15 business days
- Canada
Shipping from our European warehouses: 10-15 business days
We prioritize shipping from our Asia Pacific warehouse to reduce the chance of Customs charging you duties & taxes. - Australia & New Zealand
Shipping from our European warehouses: 15-30 business days
- Other International Countries
Depending on the destination, please allow 15 – 40 business days to receive your Yoko from any of our warehouses.
ADDRESS CHANGES
- We’re happy to update your address, however once your order is locked for shipping we are unable to make any changes. Depending on the warehouse it ships from, this can be as quickly as under 30 minutes after your order is placed.
- As there are several times per day that orders are locked for shipping, we cannot guarantee we will be able to get to your order in time to make any adjustments.
- Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience! If you have placed an order with an incorrect address please reach out to us, and if we are unable to change the address you can receive a discount code if you would like to place an order to ship to your correct address.
